3 Years Maintenance

With VAP, customers get 3 years maintenance or 45,000km (whichever comes first), while service intervals are organised at every 15,000km.

All maintenance costs are covered, as per the standard maintenance schedule with the exception of wear-and-tear parts such as brake discs, pads, windscreen wipers and bulbs.

Terms & Conditions

- To ensure the validity of the warranty, maintenance services must be carried out at service intervals according to the Manufacturer's guidelines.
- The coverage is limited to vehicles sold and registered in Malaysia by authorised Volkswagen dealers*.
- All warranties does not cover normal wear and tear, or damagev caused by abnormally rough or improper use, or unauthorised modifications. If your vehicle does break down, please contact your preferred authorised Volkswagen dealers.
- The optional package is only applicable for vehicles registered after 1st January 2023 who have opted for the Volkswagen Assurance Package.
