What is the Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) program? The Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) program is an enhancement to the previous Volkswagen Cares Plus (VCP) initiative. It provides savings and discounts on parts for selected Volkswagen models, starting from  4th scheduled service maintenance.

1. How can I access the Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) benefits? To access your Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) benefits, simply open the "My Vouchers" section in your Volkswagen Cares App. You will be able to redeem the vouchers at any authorised Volkswagen service centre.
2. Can Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) be eligible for any types of services? The Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) may only be used for selected services at authorised Volkswagen Service Centres. Specific services and eligible models may apply. Please check the details of your vouchers in the "My Vouchers" section for more information.
3. What types of benefits are included in the Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA)? The Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) offers exclusive savings and discounts on parts for selected Volkswagen models. The exact discounts vary depending on your vehicle.
4. Do I need to make an appointment to redeem the Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA)? It is recommended to make an appointment in advance which can be done via Volkswagen cares app.
5. Can I combine the Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) vouchers with other promotions or discounts? The Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage (VLA) vouchers cannot be combined with discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise or other ongoing promotions.

If you do not see the vouchers in your app, make sure that your app is updated to the latest version.
