Terms and conditions:

  1. Campaign is valid from 15 January to 28 February 2026, based on invoice date.
  2. Customers with a minimum purchase of RM1,000 for their next service, within the campaign period, are entitled to receive complimentary Volkswagen merchandise, subject to stock availability.
  3. Redemption of the complimentary Volkswagen merchandise can only be made via the Volkswagen Cares app and is only applicable at the same dealership outlet where the purchase was transacted.
  4. The ‘Your Auspicious Start’ aftersales promotion can be applied concurrently with any other ongoing campaigns, promotions, or programmes.
  5. Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia and/or its Authorised Dealers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, without prior notice.
